Tour of Romania, the Peoples`s Hause, Bucharest 2010

Parliament Palace in Bucharest, Romania (before the revolution known as the House or House of People's Republic [2]), measuring 270 m by 240 m, 86 m high and 92 m below ground. It has 12 levels and 8 ground surface. According to the Guinness Book of Records, the Palace of Parliament is the second largest administrative building for civilian use that area in the world, most expensive administrative building in the world and the worst building in the world, entering the record books three times. [3] Palace of the Parliament building is located in the center of Bucharest (sector 5), which today is called place Arsenal Hill, framed by spring street to the west and north-west, United Nations Avenue north of Liberty Avenue to the east and September 13 Way to the south. It is 10 minutes away from Union Square and 20 minutes from North Station (bus 123).

Hill which is now the Palace of Parliament is largely a creation of nature, with an initial height of 18 m, but the Liberty Avenue side
